Briefing Call Recaps

Dear Friends of the Wild,

On behalf of the Humane Society Wildlife Land Trust, I want to thank you for attending our last briefing call. Your continued commitment to our organization is truly appreciated and vital to our success.

We hope that you found the call informative and productive. The primary goal of these calls are to bring together friends, supporters, property owners and Trust staff from around the country in an open dialogue format. The discussion focused on our new strategic vision, allowing you to share ideas and feedback to help guide the Trust forward.

As we discussed, the greatest threat to our planet is our own exploitation of it. It is clear the threats to wildlife are real and urgent – deforestation, destructive agriculture, development, vehicular travel, and both legal and illegal hunting and trapping, just to name a few.

We cannot combat these issues without a robust community of dedicated supporters that are willing to join us on the front lines.

Your attendance helped to make this call a success, so thank you for calling in. Your enthusiasm and insightful comments and questions are invaluable to ensuring we guide the Trust on the most successful path for wildlife protection. Our collective intelligence is truly boundless. Stay tuned for information on our next briefing call. To sign up for future calls please visit wildlifelandtrust.org/briefingcall.
